Buy Superhero Costumes - Return Policy

Most of our products can be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and DO NOT include shipping and handling charges. Please include this fully completed form (including reason for return). For faster processing, include a copy of your original order.

**Items WILL NOT receive a refund when:
- This form is not filled out and returned with items.
- Items are returned damaged (that are not manufacturer defects).
- Items are missing parts or original packaging or are not in re-sellable condition.
- Items are returned after more than 14 days from the purchase date.
- Item is refused upon delivery.
- An incorrect shipping address is provided.
- Items are not received on time because the wrong shipping method is chosen by the customer.
- Order is placed on eBay.
- Order is placed between October 10th and October 31st.

The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened and in the original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
- Socks and stockings
- Shoes and Boots (Remember, even Cinderella had to try on her shoes! Please make sure that your shoes fit and are comfortable before you use them. Shoes that show obvious wear or are missing the original packaging are not returnable)
- Eye lashes
- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair (Must be returned in the original unopened and factory sealed package)
- Cosmetics (Must be returned in the original unopened and factory sealed package)
- Blister packs

- Other items that must be in unopened, original packaging: Cigarette holders, hot pants, faux teeth (or any other item that is placed in mouth)

You will receive a full refund of the costume purchase price less S&H if your return does not fall under any of the categories above. Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if you do not meet the aforementioned guidelines.
