How to take your measurements Description: People won't know what hit them when you blow through town in this adult Storm X-Men costume! This sexy women's costume is made from polyester and spandex. The black dress has Velcro to attach the metallic silver cape behind the shoulders, to close the dress behind the neck, and to attach the plastic X-Men character button to the chest. Elastic runs around the back of the waist for a more comfortable fit. Silver trim goes across the chest, around the front of the waist, and around the wrists. Completing the superhero look is Storm's polyfoam headpiece, which sits nicely on the head with a plastic headband.
